4. Community Guidelines

• Use the platform for dating, romantic solicitation, or hookups

5. Venue Conduct

When using TheCoworkApp to check in at venues, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will respect venue rules, staff, and other patrons
• You will make appropriate purchases as expected by the venue
• TheCoworkApp is not responsible for your interactions at venues
• Venue information (hours, amenities, etc.) may not always be accurate
• You should verify venue details independently before visiting
• Any issues at venues should be resolved directly with the venue

6. City Partners & Campaigns

TheCoworkApp may partner with local organizations, coworking spaces, and sponsors to run city-specific campaigns and programs:

• Campaign participation is voluntary and may have specific terms
• Partner benefits (discounts, perks, etc.) are subject to partner terms and availability
• We are not responsible for partner services or fulfillment of partner offers
• Partners are independent entities, not agents of TheCoworkApp
• Campaign terms may change; check campaign details for current information

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on TheCoworkApp (profile information, messages, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the service.

You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate these terms or any third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

TheCoworkApp, including its logo, design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Account Termination
